Cancellation due to bad weather
We will check with Thai Meteorological Department and Marine Department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition or we decided not to operate the trip, full refund will be issued. However, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the boat out, we will not issue any refund.

- These tour program is subject to change according to the weather and sea conditions
- Island Tour / trip are not recommended for pregnant women, children under one year of age and people suffering from any medical or physical disability.
- Please do not take any unnecessary belonging or valuable during the trip as the company will not take responsibilities for any loss or damage.
Reservation and cancellation:
- All reservation shall be subject to availability and confirmation by The Seanery.
- Any cancellation 30 days or more prior to departure date will incur 20% cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation less than 30 days but 15 days prior to departure date will incur 50% cancellation
fee.
- Any cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure date and no show will be full charge.
- In case that the guests cannot come to Phuket or the boat cannot operate due to the covid-19
restrictions, full refund will be eligible without fee.
Term of payment:
- The rate are includes 7% VAT
- 20% deposit required to reserve the date requested the deposit is non-refundable. - Pay an additional 30% deposit more required to 30 days before departure.
- Balance of payment shall be made at least 14 days before the charter date.
